-
This is a HOT pink. Lusterless finish like we always prefer, and the same quality you expect from Rapco. So go ahead and paint your Hummer, it’ll hold up.

PCT Small Batch Lower Parts Kits

If you could buy LPKs at the farmers market, it would be these.

We’re bagging up another 50 of our LPKs and wanted to give you an idea of what goes into them.
-
These are hand packaged, and it… takes a long time. We should be charging more honestly.
-
These are comprised of mostly small parts from , with a few upgrades we think make a big difference. Mostly:

• nitrided safety and takedown detents
• McMaster Carr spiral pins for the bolt catch instead of the classic roll pins
-
We also bag each section of your lower separately, so no confusion when installing parts. On top of that, we include a SPARE TAKEDOWN DETENT AND SPRING in every kit.
-
All in all we’re super happy with these, and we’ve made the LPK we would buy if we were looking for one.
-
Keep an eye out, these will be restocked in the coming week along with the long awaited return of our lowers 👀

PROTAC 1L-X Pro 🔦
-
This is a new release from Streamlight and we feel like it’s like it’s kind of flying under the radar.
-
We read about this new light a few months back, and when they finally went live we snagged one to check out for ourselves.
-
It’s basically most of performance of the HL-X from a few years ago at about 3/4 the size and price. Our breakdown:
-
30k Candela/ 850 lumens is not far off from the 30k candela/1k lumens the HL-X sported just a few years ago before the upgrade. Side by side, even with the new 50k candela HL-X, you really don’t notice a whole lot of difference between the two. It’s there, but it’s minor.
-
As far as lumens go, I actually like the lower lumen count as it doesn’t blind you indoors but can still light up the night, with enough candela behind it to reach out at short to medium range.
-
The size is great, perfect for SBRs and sub guns, but will also save some rail space on a full size rifle. Almost identical in length to the SureFire M340DF.
-
“Multi-Fuel” in this case means it can take either the USB-C rechargeable SL-B9, or a single standard CR123. We noticed slightly better performance using the SL-B9. We chose to carry the model that includes the rechargeable battery, and honestly don’t know why they even offer a model that doesn’t for barely less.
-
The Jack Cap. We have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, the single tail cap that allows you to run with or without a pressure pad, and offers redundancy when doing so, is super functional. On the other hand, it’s got an ass on it. Almost laughably so.
-
To be honest, the bulkiness of the Jack Cap is why we ditched the HL-X Pro. But I think due to the smaller size of this light, I’ll be able to let it slide on this model.
-
Mounting- like the HL-X, the 1L-X comes with picatinny mount attached, and an optional M-Lok offset mount in the box. (For the Chad quad rail users, we’d recommend grabbing an offset Arisaka scout mount.)

PCT M90 STENCILS ARE LIVE 📐

We’ve had people bugging us about these for a while now. It was hard to find the time to get them cranked out but we finally did and they turned out a lot better than we expected.

We couldn’t decide on the scale so we made 2 versions- ‘Standard’ and ‘Small.’ Personally I prefer the ‘Standard’ size.

Rapco colors used on our example ammo can are as follows, and in this order:
• 911 Black
• 30277 Sand
• 34102 Dark Green
• 34151 Light Green

While this seems like a simple pattern, we discovered in our first test that the way you arrange the shapes makes a big difference in how this turns out. It’s not as simple as just randomly layering them on. But I made a short explainer video to help with a few pro tips, and if you watch that you’ll get the idea. It’s at the bottom of the product page and I HIGHLY recommend watching before laying down this pattern.

Anyway, these are live now on our site! Enjoy!
