TRAINING ENVIRONMENT MATTERS!!
You need to be around a group of people who all share a coming goal. When you get in this environment you are able to compete and motivate one another. When you are training by yourself or in a one on one session it is almost impossible to get into that mindset of competing. That training environment is not IDEAL.
