Y’all stay warm while we sharpen our knowledge over with a Trauma Informed Yoga Training.
You never know by looking at someone everything that they are feeling. It’s important to us to create a safe space for everyone to participate in the healing practice of the yoga asanas. The new main stream push to practice yoga as medicine and therapy is something close to our hearts and we strive be leaders on and off the mat. Yoga is a way of life not just a workout.

Sundays We flow
Lately in class there has been a lot of silence and space between to work on bringing the mind back to this moment…
and now this one…
and now this one…
It signals a different intention in the practice, it’s not about how the body looks it’s about complete acceptance of the body as it is. That knowledge gives you the power to make decisions that will best reward you. Always reaching towards a higher purpose.
