We are proud to announce the re-signing of 2008 forward, Diezyl Hehr to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Calgary, Alberta, Canada native is lifting off for his second year in Space.

“We expect Diezyl to have a big year after what we saw him do at the end of last season. His skill is through the roof but what stands out most was his attitude and coachability. With joining us late in the season last year, his role was limited but he was still able to produce and our team loved him. His role won’t be limited this year and he’ll be relied upon heavily at both ends of the ice.” - Coach Schrock.

We are proud to announce the re-signing of 2007 defensemen, Elio Lepot to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Castres, France native is lifting off for his second year in Space.

“Elio provided a spark for our D-core last season. He’s fast, he competes, and is the ultimate team guy. We’re excited to have a full year with him next year. Having a player with his speed and athleticism improves the team especially our defensive unit. Team Space is a much better environment when Elio’s in the lineup!” - Coach Schrock.

We are proud to announce the signing of 2008 defensemen/forward, Cooper Roos to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Milton, Michigan native is lifting off for his first year in Space.

“Cooper brings speed and puck skills to the lineup but also is a strong defender on the puck. He works hard in all zones on the ice and usually makes the right decision with the puck. Cooper will add to our talented roster and will be a big part of our team this season.” - Coach Wirick.

We are proud to announce the signing of 2008 goaltender, Camden Backen to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Mason, Ohio native is lifting off for his first year in Space.

“You won’t find a kid more committed to hockey than Camden Backen. We feel he could play at a higher level but has been overlooked because of his size. He has the potential to be the best or one of the best goalies to ever wear the Spacemen uniform. He shined last year with Fox Motors and gave his team a chance to win every game he played. When you look around the league I don’t think there is another goalie out there who can match his quickness and compete level combined. We’re excited to have Camden join his brother Brad in Space this season. ” - Coach Schrock.

We are proud to announce the signing of 2007 defenseman, Alex Hughes to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Upland, California native is lifting off for his first year in Space.

“Alex plays the game the right way and has a presence on the ice. He’s got size and defends very well. We’re excited to see him develop the offensive components in his game while being a staple on the defensive side of the puck. Players that understand the game away from the puck are hard to find and we’re excited about the value Alex will bring to our team next season.” - Coach Schrock.

We are proud to announce the signing of 2008 forward, Patrick Amico to the Spacemen for the 2026–2027 season! The Granger, Indiana native is lifting off for his first year in Space.

“Patrick is a strong two-way Center. He has a knack for winning his puck battles and also, is a playmaker on the offensive side of the puck. On top of his on-ice skills, Patrick is a respectful, high-character person with an unmatched work ethic. Making the leap from Indiana High School Hockey to Space will be a key decision in his long-term hockey development. We are pleased to announce his signing and we are excited to get to work with Patrick in September.” - Coach Wirick.
