WHAT TO BRING:
BYOM (bring your own mat!), Water, wear comfy clothes you can move in (i.e. Mats can be purchased for $10 at places like Target or higher end ones range up to $100 from various studios and online retailers. If bugs like you also bring some natural bug stuff - i.e. herbal armor, etc.... works great although we try to wrap up before sun sets and they get hungry - no issues last year except a late session! WHO CAN ATTEND? These classes are for EVERY BODY and welcome all levels, beginners to advanced. Everyone is welcome to this wonderful way to connect with nature, find some stress relief, stretch, build strength and rejuvenate the whole body! However, please note that it is always recommended to check with your doctor prior to any physical exercise if you have any health conditions. All attendees will be asked to sign in as approval of a waiver of liability on their first visit. This is NOT INTENDED for those who are pregnant, with serious health conditions or under 15. About the Instructor:
I am a registered RYT 200 yoga teacher with additional trainings in yoga for stress management and Off the Mat, Into the World leadership training. I am focused on making yoga accessible and reducing the intimidation factor by creating a safe, welcoming, growing space. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
