The Empowered & Gym Rats Fall Developmental League is the perfect opportunity for athletes to continue developing their skills, gain valuable game experience, and be ready to compete.

Each session includes:
🏐 Skill instruction and player development
🏐 Serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defense
🏐 Guided gameplay to reinforce what you've learned
🏐 A fun, positive, and competitive environment

👥 4th–8th Grade Boys & Girls
📅 Sundays | 4:00–5:30 PM

Session 1: Sept. 13, 20, 27 & Oct. 4
Session 2: Oct. 11, 18, 25 & Nov. 1
Session 3: Nov. 8, 15, 22 & 29

💲 Early Bird: $135 (through Sept. 5)
💲 Regular: $150 (Sept. 6–13)

Take your game to the next level with VERT Performance Training at PSM Fieldhouse!

This two-day training experience is designed to help athletes understand how to improve—not just what to do. Using state-of-the-art VERT technology, athletes will receive objective data and training to maximize their athletic performance.

📅 July 22 – Vertical Training
Choose a 2-hour session:
⏰ 10 AM–12 PM
⏰ 1–3 PM

Focus:
⬆️ Maximize your vertical jump
⬇️ Improve takeoff and landing mechanics

📅 July 23 – Horizontal Training
Choose a 2-hour session:
⏰ 10 AM–12 PM
⏰ 1–3 PM

Focus:
➡️ Improve first-step explosiveness
➡️ Maximize range and movement on the court

💲 $100 per session

Athletes will be tracked using VERT technology to measure jump height, power, landing impact, and first-step explosiveness—providing real, actionable feedback to help you perform at your best.

🏐Good luck to PSM athlete Cala Haffner, who is competing for USA Volleyball in the U19 NORCECA Continental Championship this week in Costa Rica! Cala is a one of the top liberos in the country, playing for Pineapple High Performance, helping Carroll Charger Volleyball to back-to-back 4A state championships, and recently committing to play college volleyball for Texas Volleyball.
