Huge congratulations to Ryan on earning his Yellow Belt, to Eleanor and Titus on earning their Orange Belt, to Jeff on earning his Blue Belt, and to Steve who earned his 2nd Brown Belt! Your progress is a testament to what consistent effort can achieve.

Today’s women’s self-defense class was a huge success!

I’m so proud of every woman who showed up, stepped out of her comfort zone, and committed to learning how to stay safer and stronger. We worked on awareness, confidence, and practical techniques that can make a real difference in everyday situations.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made it such a great experience. Thanks to Mr Wyman, Mr Smith and Jeff for helping out today.
