Ready for the next step in gymnastics? 🤸💙

We’re excited to launch our new USAG Xcel Bronze Competitive Team, with competition beginning in Spring 2027!

This tryout is open to athletes ages 4–12, including Coast Elite recreational gymnasts, homeschool athletes, tumblers, and gymnasts from other clubs who are ready to explore competitive gymnastics.

During the evaluation, our coaches will assess foundational gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, body awareness, focus, and coachability to help determine the best placement for each athlete.

We wrapped up Glow It Up Week with music, lots of glow sticks, and a gym full of campers having the best time. It was the perfect way to celebrate an amazing few days at camp!

Our Coast Elite TOPS athletes are putting their hard work to the test today! 💗🤸

TOPS Testing Day is an opportunity for these athletes to be evaluated on the strength, flexibility, and foundational gymnastics skills they’ve been building all season. Every test is a chance to measure progress and work toward their goal of qualifying for TOPS National Testing.

Handstands are one of the most important skills in gymnastics, and we’re teaching them the right way. 🤸

Whether your athlete is just getting started or wants to build a stronger foundation, this clinic focuses on proper technique, strength, drills, and progressions that carry over to every event.
