Key Screening is looking for an experienced Screen Enclosure Installer / Service Technician to join our growing team.

This is a full-time employee position — NOT a subcontractor opportunity.

NO SUBCONTRACTORS.

If you currently own or actively operate your own screen enclosure, screen repair, aluminum, or directly competing business, this position will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who wants to become a committed member of the Key Screening team, not someone looking for subcontract work or jobs for their own business.

Responsibilities:

* Screen enclosure installation and repair
* Re-screening and individual panel replacement
* Screen door installation, adjustment and repair
* Aluminum repairs and modifications
* Gutter and enclosure-related service work
* Troubleshoot and diagnose service issues
* Complete warranty and punch-list work
* Take clear before-and-after job-site photos
* Communicate professionally with homeowners
* Keep job sites clean and organized
* Properly maintain tools, equipment and materials
* Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

* Previous screen enclosure / aluminum experience strongly preferred
* Valid driver’s license
* Clean driving record
* Must be able to successfully complete a background check consistent with applicable law
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must have appropriate personal hand tools for the trade
* Able to safely use ladders and work at heights
* Able to work outdoors in Southwest Florida conditions
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Dependable and able to arrive at jobs on time
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Able to communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers
* Able to work independently without constant supervision
* Must take pride in leaving every customer’s property clean and professional

We’re Looking for Quality — Not Just Speed

Experience with pool screen enclosures, panoramic/picture-window enclosures, polyester screen, insulated roofs, aluminum framing, super gutters, screen doors, Florida glass/privacy screen and enclosure repairs is a major plus.

💰 Salary: $72,000 per year

Key Screening is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

We specialize in custom pool screen enclosures, patio extensions, insulated roofs, screen rooms, aluminum structures, concrete and paver projects throughout Southwest Florida.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

* Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
* Coordinate installers, subcontractors, materials and scheduling
* Review job scopes, plans, measurements and project requirements before installation
* Make sure projects are ready before crews are dispatched
* Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide project updates
* Coordinate with permitting, engineering and inspections
* Identify problems early and help develop solutions
* Keep project information, schedules, photos and notes organized in our systems
* Manage punch list items and ensure projects are properly completed and closed out
* Work closely with ownership, office staff, sales and field crews

What We’re Looking For:

* Construction/project management experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time
* Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Able to communicate professionally with customers and crews
* Reliable, accountable and able to work independently
* Experience with screen enclosures, aluminum construction, pools, roofing, concrete, pavers or residential construction is a major plus
* Familiarity with construction management software is a plus

We want a Project Manager who doesn’t wait until a problem becomes an emergency. We need someone who stays ahead of projects, communicates, follows through, and makes sure our crews have what they need to successfully complete each job.
