🥹I’ll be the first to raise my hand and say thank goodness my kiddo is back in her routine at school! Our teachers deserve time to take care of themselves too. 🤍I’m offering my Saturday yoga class at the Alliance for the Arts for free for all teachers for the next two weekends. Then - it’s always pay what you can. Cost shouldn’t be a barrier to connecting with yourself and your community. All classes are donation based - so show up for yourself the way you show up for others. See you on the mat Saturdays at 9:30am! ❤️

We will move, breathe and just be together under the mango trees - open to ALL LEVELS, crying or just doing child’s pose for most of class is welcome.
