Today was a little sneak peek of what’s coming.

We officially held our TWC soft opening in the new space, and seeing our current clients walk through those doors, grab their weights, laugh together, work hard, and bring that familiar TWC energy into a brand-new room made this place instantly feel like home.

New space. Same community. Bigger vision.

And this was only the warm-up.

We’re officially counting down to September 7th, when we open the doors and begin the next chapter of Train With Cain.

Meet Angie Ramage! After 26 years in Tega Cay, 12 years as a group fitness trainer, and 5 years as a certified personal trainer, Angie is bringing her experience, energy, and passion for fitness to TWC.

Now partnering with TWC to bring you the same strength and core workouts that have helped so many people get stronger and feel better. We’re excited to have her on board!
