I trained like this yesterday, I will train like this today. True intensity must be used every time you hit the weights, otherwise you're just spinning your wheels. Once my clients get strong enough, I demand they put out higher and higher levels of intensity so that they can reach their goals with their bodies. If I have to yell at them to do that, they can thank me later. I know what it takes to see results.

You have no excuse. Get out there and do what you can, whatever that may be. Just do your best. At the very least go for 40 walks every day, I do. It works! Then build up to something more eventually. Ya gotta start somewhere. Take on bigger goals later on. It all starts with that first step.
Most women will never reach this level of fitness, and that's ok. Even if you get half as far as her, you're still in the top 5% of women in being lean and sculpted , a very sexy figure on a woman. I train women like this all the time, and I'm looking forward to working with many more. When they come in and tell me about all the compliments they are getting on their new body, it really makes my day, and I know it makes theirs. Yes! Love this! I train women in my private gym the same way. Flipping tires, sprints, pushing and pulling the sled etc... Best way to have a lean, toned, sculpted body. (Along with my nutrition plans of course)
