Grief taught me something no workout plan ever could.
↑ Swipe to read my story.
There was a season where I didn’t have answers. I didn’t have direction. I barely had my own common sense.
But I had the bike to on rides. I had the run. I had that one hour where the only thing I had to do was show up.
And slowly, something shifted. Not my body but my relationship with myself.
I stopped moving out of obligation and started moving as an act of becoming.
If you’ve been starting and stopping, feeling like consistency is something other people have, I want you to read through this carousel.
Because the answer isn’t more motivation.
It’s a deeper relationship with the woman you’re becoming.
Save this or share it with someone who needs it.

This is the real transformation cycle.
Movement → Discipline → Self-Trust
It doesn't start with a workout plan.
It starts with a decision.
The decision to stop abandoning yourself.
To stop waiting for motivation.
To stop negotiating with the woman you're becoming.
Movement is just the beginning.
What comes after? A version of yourself you deeply respect.
Not because of how you look.
But because you kept every promise you made to her.
Because you chose her when it was hard.
Because she knows without question that you'll show up for her again tomorrow.
That's the transformation that changes everything.

Hear me out on this one: before you start restricting your plate or skipping meals, what if you started by adding instead?
Add more protein. 🍗
Add more fiber. 🥑
Build colorful plates.🥗
I’ll always encourage you to start with whole foods and give your body quality fuel, just as you choose quality gym clothes because they make you feel good and perform better. Quality matters, especially when it comes to your nutrition.
I care more about what’s actually nourishing my body than the aesthetic of a plate or the view of a restaurant. A fancy spot by the water doesn’t mean much if the food isn’t good quality. I’d rather eat something simple that truly supports my body.
If you want to see real change, start by adding more protein, fiber, and colorful foods. Then slowly reduce the things that don’t serve you as much — overly processed sauces, constant fast food, and those “quick” frozen meals loaded with sodium (check those labels 👀).
Oh, and drink more water.
Simple habits, done consistently, always win. 💧

When I say “get outside,” it’s not just about getting some steps in (although that’s definitely a big plus, not gonna lie). It’s about taking a break from work, from the tasks you’ve been focused on, or from that overwhelmed, anxious feeling that can build up during the day.
Going out for a walk is incredibly refreshing. Even when you need creativity or mental clarity, I feel like a walk is always a good idea to include in your routine. If you live in a city and you’re constantly walking from place to place, I still highly recommend making time to go to a park and spend intentional time outdoors.
Try to connect with nature as much as you can, because trust me—it’s worth it. We are made to spend time in nature. God created this beautiful, amazing earth for us… and sometimes we’re not even taking the time to enjoy it.
For some of us, walking is a breath of fresh air, a moment to disconnect or reconnect with ourselves. For others, a few steps outside might be all they can do that day—and that’s a huge win in their journey. For some, a walk is simply a moment to enjoy with a partner after a long day.
Either way, get outside.
