SoFlo Self-Defense

It was 100° outside with 100% humidity, but we made it through a bunch of self-defense techniques. She’s trained more in Kempo, which is a little different than what we normally teach in classes here, but there are some definite similarities. Although it may look like I’m giving her some of the techniques, we were just both hot and dragging. Glad we have a space and the AC here in Fort Lauderdale.
