This year’s symposium theme reflects something at the heart of Classical Pilates: preserving the work while preparing the next generation to carry it forward

For decades, the Classical method has been passed from teacher to teacher through mentorship, observation, practice, and experience

At Classical Pilates USA, our commitment to education is rooted in preserving the original methodology while developing skilled, knowledgeable instructors who will continue sharing the work for years to come

Throughout the symposium, we’ll honor the teachers who came before us, learn from industry leaders with decades of experience, and explore how we can continue strengthening the future of Classical Pilates together

Because tradition isn’t something we keep still

It’s something we carry forward

✨ What does “carrying tradition forward” mean to you? Share your thoughts 👇🏼

✨ I Can See Clearly Now: Imagery in Classical Pilates

This seminar explores the powerful role of imagery in Classical Pilates and how purposeful verbal and visual cues can deepend the mind-body connection, improve movement precision, and enhance overall understanding of the method. Participants will discover how imagery can refine technique to create more efficient movement patterns while honoring the principles of Classical Pilates.
