Get to know David Freeman!
• Has a degree in law from Georgetown Law Center (1969)
• Co-authored the Original Pilates Teacher Training Manual with Romana
• Completed 2 Hyrox Competitions and will be going to the world championship in Sweden

Meet Mary Ellen!
She moved to Boston to pursue a dance career at Boston Arts Academy and The Boston Conservatory where she was first introduced to Pilates. Mary Ellen was certified through United States Pilates Association® (U.S.P.A.®), now known as U.S. Pilates™, LLC and has worked with notable educators such as David Freeman, Brett Howard, Clare Dunphy, Peter Fiasca, Iwalani Kaluhiokalani, Sheila Mello, Nora Gomez-Dears, Jennifer O’Mara and Cary Regan. She became a Teacher Trainer in 2021. Mary Ellen’s background in dance and movement inspired her seminar topic.
