A huge thank you to the CSU Wrestling Team for taking the time to train alongside our wrestlers. We truly appreciate your willingness to come in, share the mat, and help create such a competitive and positive training environment.
I’m incredibly proud of every wrestler who showed up ready to work. The effort, intensity, and willingness to learn were outstanding. Iron sharpens iron, and that’s exactly what we witnessed today. Sessions like these remind us that growth happens when you’re willing to challenge yourself and surround yourself with people who push you to be better.

Hello wrestlers, parents, and coaches,
I want to take a moment to apologize for not being very active on this page recently. Over this past season, I have been making important changes behind the scenes to improve and restructure my program.
My goal has always been to build something that truly helps wrestlers grow, not just for one season, but for the long run. Because of that, I have been taking the time to adjust, learn, and continue building a program that will keep improving as time goes on. There will always be small changes and improvements being made to make sure the program continues to get better.
With wrestling season coming to an end, this is a great time to stay consistent and keep developing.
I am currently offering private sessions and small group training in Fort Collins, Colorado. These sessions are focused on helping wrestlers improve their technique, mindset, and overall performance in a positive and structured environment.
Whether you are preparing for next season or just looking to keep growing, I am here to help guide that process.
