Tyler's schedule never repeats, and he still trains three times a week. Your week is probably more predictable than his.

Stop trying to fix this with discipline.

Ask anyone who trains consistently what makes it work. Nobody says willpower.
The reason a lot of people never hire a coach is the same reason they need one.

Amanda said that at her three month review.
When she started in January, she told us why she hadn't been consistent. Old injuries. Motivation. And the fact that she doesn't love the gym.
She hadn't had a real strength routine in years, and she'd stopped picking up weights altogether.
So we took the deciding off her plate. She didn't choose the exercises, the sets, or what to do on a day something felt off. She showed up twice a week and did what was already on the screen.
Three months later she was checking her garden. She stepped up into a two foot bed, stepped back down, and didn't think about her knees.
She noticed because the thought never came. That calculation she'd been running for years, whether this was going to hurt, whether to find an easier way in, just wasn't there anymore.
That is what the strength is actually for.

You never renegotiate the hike at 5am. There's nothing left to renegotiate.
Motivation didn't get you up that mountain. Preparation and a plan did.

The hardest part of the workout isn't the weight.
It's the minute between deciding to go and actually going.
Nobody fails the set. They fail the start. The decision gets made on the couch, in the car, in the twelve minutes spent thinking about it instead of moving.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a design problem.
Semi-private training removes the decision entirely. Your time is booked. Your program is already written. Your coach knows your name and three other people notice when you're not there.
You stop negotiating with yourself and just show up.
If the minute before is where you keep losing, the next step is booking a free intro. regenfitnessclub.com/free-intro
Lifting weights will not make you bulky.
It will give you stronger muscles. Denser bones. Joints that hold up instead of breaking down.
It is one of the most protective things you can do for your body as you get older.
Every rep you put in now is time you get to keep later.
And later, you’ll be grateful you have a body that can still live life fully.
Not just one that looked good naked.
At RE:GEN we program for the long game.

Three people. Three different goals. Three different time slots.
But they all got here the same way: showing up consistently, prioritizing strength training, and choosing to become better versions of themselves.
Ryan had been consistent with strength training in the past, but injuries and a lack of direction kept him spinning in circles for years.
Spencer came in with a specific goal: increase his paragliding time and paraglide all the way from Boulder to Wyoming. He accomplished that earlier this year, and he credits his core strength and conditioning as the main reason he got there.
Lauren had back injuries in the past, so lifting heavy made her cautious. In the last year, she hasn't just gained incredible strength. Her confidence in the gym has grown right alongside it.
These three have trusted RE:GEN to help them get to their goals for the past year.
We want to thank them for their commitment, to themselves and to this place. RE:GEN wouldn't be the same without them.

For these members, this is not just a milestone. Its the first time in their lives they’ve trained consistently for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months straight.
Let that land. Months of showing up, doing the work, and building something real. No resets or starting over.
Celebrate your milestones. Keep going. You’re building the thing that most people work towards and never get to.
We are so proud of this crew.
