Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day begins September 1 at 6:00 PM MT, and your gift to Colorado Legacy can go even further.

Online donations made through ColoradoGives.org will be matched dollar for dollar while funds remain in the 1:1 Match Pool. After that pool is exhausted, gifts will continue to receive a proportional match through the Incentive Fund until September 15.

Your support helps Colorado Legacy’s junior program, FoCo Junior Roller Derby, provide equipment, scholarships, training, and competitive opportunities for young athletes, creating a place where they can build confidence, resilience, leadership, and a sense of belonging.

⭐️ Meet your Interim Northwest Regional Coordinator, Leslie ‘Plowmiller’ Lohmiller.

Leslie has served as the Executive Director of Colorado Legacy Roller Derby/FoCo Junior Roller Derby since 2021 and has been a dedicated leader in junior roller derby ever since. Since 2019, Leslie has coached beginner skating and foundational roller derby skills for FoCo, with a strong focus on athlete development, organizational leadership, volunteer engagement, and growing the sport.

As a longtime educator and mentor, Leslie is passionate about creating opportunities for young athletes to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and foster a lifelong love of roller derby. They are committed to strengthening junior roller derby through collaboration, supporting member leagues, and helping programs thrive across the Northwest Region.

Outside of roller derby, Leslie is pursuing a graduate degree in Nonprofit Leadership with a concentration in Philanthropy at the University of Denver. They believe in the power of community, servant leadership, and every athlete's right to discover what they are capable of.
