We’re looking to add one experienced hitting instructor and one experienced pitching instructor to our coaching team.

We’re specifically looking for established or emerging instructors who have strong baseball knowledge, connect well with young athletes, and want the independence to build their own coaching portfolio and schedule without having to manage all the administrative pieces that come with running a training business.

How it works:
• You determine your coaching availability and build a schedule that works for you
• We provide the facility, equipment, scheduling platform and client communication
• You focus on coaching and developing athletes
• Opportunities to lead or assist with small groups, camps and clinics throughout the year
• Be part of a collaborative coaching environment while still maintaining independence

We’re interested in finding the right coaches rather than simply adding more coaches.

Last night, Coach Brian was invited to pitch in the NABA 18+ All-Star Game for our region. It’s local baseball, so definitely not the MLB, but for a 41-year-old pitcher who has been competing for a few decades, it’s a meaningful moment to reflect.

His baseball journey is exactly what we hope for every athlete who walks through the doors at Hack ‘N’ Jack. We want them to experience success today, but even more than that, we want them to build a positive lifelong relationship with the game.

That’s why our mission goes beyond helping athletes become better hitters, pitchers, and ballplayers. We want to help them build healthy mechanics that allow them to play for as long as they choose, while developing the confidence and resilience to navigate the highs and lows of baseball and of life. We believe the physical and mental sides of the game deserve equal attention because strong mechanics can keep you playing, but a genuine love for the game is what keeps you coming back, even at 41.

🥎⚾️ As teams wrap up their final games of the season, we just want to say a BIG, HUUUGE thank you.

This spring and summer, our community logged more than 1,500 bookings of cage time, lessons and camps at Hack ‘N’ Jack. 🤩🤯 That’s a whole lot of swings, hard work, and growth, and we’re incredibly grateful to be a small part of so many athletes’ process.

Please be aware that, along with many other softball and baseball families, we will be taking a short break! HNJ will be closed July 20-24. We will reopen July 25 ready to roll for softball season!
