🥛 Drink 12 oz. of chocolate milk
🏃 Run 400m
🔁 Repeat for 4 cups / 4 laps

If you plan to participate, sign up through the Fossil Ridge Track & Field BAND channel poll so we can plan for milk quantities. Deadline to sign up is the morning of the event.

🥛 Lactose intolerant? You can still participate — just bring your own chocolate milk alternative (soy, almond, oat, etc.)

☀️Summer is around the corner😎

Congratulations to FRHS Head XC Coach and Asst. Track & Field Coach, Dani Cook, for being named Colorado POSITIVE ATHLETE Coach. She is one of two selected for the entire state! We are proud of our SaberCat!

Easton Fogelson, Wyatt Wilbur, Quenton Saunders, and Bode Klein set a new 4x800 school record, becoming the first team in program history to break 8:00.

The performance also secured a conference title, the SaberCats’ first win in the 4x800 at a league meet.

Noah Gustafson also achieved double records!
Noah improved his 300m hurdle mark from 38.88 to 38.40 and broke a 12 year old record in the 110 hurdles!

At her best at the right time! During the league championship, Addy Smith set a new school record in the 200m prelims & tied her 100m record in finals.
Way to go Addy!
