We’re bringing back the RISE & SHINE practice option!

Rise & Shine will be an add-on option for 9-12 year olds who want extra drills, skills, and kicking. These 🌞*morning practices*🌞 are optional and there’s no minimum attendance requirements.

Through three nights of competition in Austin, TX at Futures, Ella Gaca Thiele has collected 3️⃣ wins ( 50 Butterfly, 100 Butterfly, 100 Freestyle ). All three wins were lifetime bests and her 100 Freestyle broke her own team record 💪🏽
