Okay, here it is! I have added 2 new online classes per request trying to meet all time zones! I've added a Tuesday class and a Thursday class. The new schedule will start this Wednesday, December 1st. Registration is required, preferably the evening before so I can send out the Zoom link. In September 2017, I obtained my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and since then have completed certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga with Seniors, Ayurvedic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama, and today received notification that I passed certification for Energy Medicine Yoga. Many of you know that I started the Energy Medicine Yoga program in Maine, back in early 2020, but had to pause my training. I was able to complete the training in-person here in Colorado, which was so fun! I've grown more in my life as a result of yoga and met a whole bunch of really fabulous people along the way. I hope that I bring that growth to those who join me for yoga, when we gather together on our mats!
