Level 2 focuses on refining techniques and developing greater coordination, power, and control.

Students continue to improve their forms, kicking combinations, sparring skills, and self-defense techniques while learning to apply their skills with greater precision and confidence.

Students are encouraged to build consistency, discipline, and confidence as they continue progressing through their Taekwondo journey.
