Knockouts - Womens Kickboxing Studio (Previously Unifed Martial Arts - Lady Beasts Kickboxing)

Located at 15 E 2nd Street in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This class combines a high intensity cardio workout with REAL Muay Thai/Kickboxing techniques used in MMA and fighting. Many 'cadio kickboxing' classes focus soley on the cardio aspect, and do not teach the actual art of Muay Thai, using incorrect movements and teaching incorrect techniques. This class is for ALL women, of ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. Begninners and no experience is encouraged. You will work at your own pace, and not be required to do things you are uncomfortable with. We have sessions Thursdays at 8PM and Saturdays at 9AM. You are more than welcome to come observe a class to see if this is right for you! Please review posts for most current schedules.

Hi Ladies!

I need to make a change to the schedule for Thursdays Women’s Kickboxing.

There will be no 5:30 class this Thursday 🚫

We will still have the 4:30 class, and will do a hybrid of regular kickboxing/intermediate class.

My daughter has parents night for volleyball that I would like to attend ☺️ - I’m sorry for the last minute change!

We do also have class Friday at 6am and Saturday at 9am yet this week!
