Wednesdays through Aug
📌Folsom ALL Classes to the lake
📌Rancho 3:30p & 5:30p swim
📌Downtown Dryland WODs until further notice
📌Rocklin all Dryland WODs
Meet at the gym, classes run to lake or pool together.
Wear bathing suit or clothes you want to swim in, running shoes.
Optional towel, water, goggles, change of clothes. Coach will drive over and bring your gear.

Exploding on to the CF Masters scene in 2026. She has been back to CrossFitting since 2024 and crushed it at her first ever individual event Legends Championship 2 weeks ago. Look for her at NCC!

She started Crossfitting 2 yrs ago with her Mom. An athlete at heart she has thrived! Here true passion is All Star cheer that she has been competing in for four years. Winning multiple 1st and 2nd places at comps. She just made the high school cheer team at Oak Ridge! Way to go, Noelle!

Teens 14-15
This girl is all gas and no brakes! 🔥
2 time NCC winner- at age 12 and 13
She wrapped up track season with a gold medal in the 400m run, silver in long jump, and another Gold medal in 4x4 relay plus set the school record!
She also plays competitive volleyball as a libero.
We are going to be celebrating Sawyer for years to come. 💪
