This weekās Flowity Flow is called,Ā SARCASM FROM YOUR WIFEĀ āØ
ā”ļø Want to teach or practice this flow? CommentĀ FFCĀ and Iāll send you the details.
This week, I got to do something I donāt normally do:Ā teach the exact same flow twice in one day.
Once in a 75-minute class.
And again that afternoon in a 60-minute class.
Same flow. Same basic plan. But 15 fewer minutes meant I had to decide what to trim, what to keep, and where I could make small changes without losing what made the class work.
Inside this weekās Flow Chat, Iām sharingĀ both class plansĀ so you can see exactly how I adjusted the same flow for two different class lengths.
We also cover:
š A really slow Sun Salutation Aāand how changing the pace can keep students engaged.
⨠Adding a brand-new poseĀ in the middleĀ of the Grand Finale sequence when students think they already know whatās coming.
ā° How I adjusted the build and timing to turn a 75-minute class into a 60-minute class.
You donāt always need a completely different class plan for a different class length. Sometimes you just need to knowĀ what matters enough to keepāand what can go.
