Nikolaos is back and Part 2 hits even harder than the first one.

When someone comes back to tell their story a second time it means the mat actually changed something for them. That is not just a testimonial. That is proof that what happens inside K**a Jiu Jitsu goes deeper than technique — it changes how people carry themselves, how they handle pressure, and who they become in the process.

Watch Part 2 and then come find out what the mat does for you.

The mat has no judgment. Just women showing up for themselves.

Lady Sharks is where it starts. A women's only Brazilian jiu jitsu class built for the woman who has been thinking about this for months and just needs a room that feels safe enough to walk into. Real self defense. Real technique. Real community with women who were exactly where you are right now before they threw on a gi and never looked back.

You do not need experience. You just need to show up.

First class is free at K**a Jiu Jitsu in Flower Mound, TX and Irvine, CA. Come train with us.

Jiu jitsu on the mat is great. Jiu jitsu in the middle of the ocean with Cozmel and the Bahamas as your backdrop hits completely different.

We are bringing the K**a Jiu Jitsu experience to sea June 18 through 23, 2027 aboard the Norwegian Escape. Three instructional sessions, two guided open mats, and rare private lesson opportunities with Ryan Young of the Rickson Gracie Team. Limited to just 30 participants because this is meant to feel intimate, not crowded.

Departing from Orlando. Visiting Cozmel, Mexico and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. Practical, self-defense-focused training built for real-world application, surrounded by open water instead of four walls.

Jiu jitsu fee is $400 for all sessions. Cruise rooms start at $950 per person, double occupancy.
This is the kind of trip that becomes a core memory for your training journey.

The mat teaches kids things a classroom never could.

Discipline that sticks. Confidence that walks with them into every room. Respect earned through hard work, not handed to them. Jiu jitsu for kids is not just self-defense — it is how you build a child who knows how to handle pressure, face challenges, and show up for themselves when it matters most.

This is what it looks like inside our Irvine, CA location — and we watch kids walk in nervous and leave standing taller every single week. The mat molds them in ways that last a lifetime.

Kids Brazilian jiu jitsu classes available at both our Irvine, CA and Flower Mound, TX locations. All ages, all levels, all welcome.

Tapping out isn't losing. It's learning in real time.

That's what separates jiu jitsu from everything else. Every submission you catch, every position you escape, every roll where nothing goes your way — it's all data. Your body is memorizing what your mind hasn't figured out yet. You just have to keep showing up.

That's the culture at K**a Jiu Jitsu. We're not here to build egos. We're here to build people.

Come try a free class at our Flower Mound, TX or Irvine, CA location and find out what progress actually feels like.

This is the kind of detail that changes everything in a real situation 🥋

The Cross Side 2 Escape to Street Guard is not just a technique. It is a survival skill. Knowing how to escape a bad position and get back to guard when it counts is exactly what separates someone who trains from someone who just knows a few moves.

At K**a Jiu Jitsu we teach the details that matter when it matters most. Every position. Every escape. Every transition — drilled until it becomes instinct.

This is real jiu jitsu. This is real self defense.
