Texas heat doesn’t always get the memo that fall season is starting!

With practices and games getting underway, we want to remind everyone that the safety of our players, coaches, and families is always our priority.

FMYSA monitors weather conditions throughout the season, including extreme heat. Coaches and parents should be mindful of the temperature, heat index, and changing conditions at the fields.

Please take a few minutes to review FMYSA’s Extreme Heat Guidelines so you know what to expect when temperatures climb.
