COACH CALLED IT. FIGHTER DELIVERED.
Proof that your coach sees the openings before you do. Trust the corner, execute the call, and watch what happens.
Who gets the credit?
The fighter for executing it or the coach for seeing it first?

Inside Footwork: Win the Angle
Don’t Just Pivot 👀 Take the Angle. 🥊
The first pivot changes the position. The second takes away their adjustment.
That’s the purpose of the double-tap pivot—shift the angle twice, get outside their line of fire, and attack while they’re still trying to square back up.
Move their eyes. Beat their feet. Take the angle.
Try it, drill it, and tell me where you’d attack from this position.

Tall Fighter vs Short Fighter: Get Inside Without Getting Hit
Taller fighters want you stuck at the end of their reach. Don’t stay there. 🥊
Use the pendulum step to slip outside and close the distance. Once you win the outside angle, step both feet forward and turn the shoulder inside to smother the counter hook.
Now you’re in position to let your counters go without giving them a clean shot back.
Get outside. Get inside. Take away the return. Then pivot out.
Can you beat the reach without taking damage on the way in? Drill it.

The Secret Footwork Behind a Devastating Solar Plexus Shot
Watch the rear foot. As you step in, the toe touches first, then the heel drops and anchors the floor underneath you.
That small adjustment squares the hips, strengthens the base, and gives you room to drive the hip and shoulder all the way through the solar plexus.
This isn’t just about punching harderit’s about putting your entire body behind the shot.
Next time you work the body, pay attention to your feet—not just your hands. 🥊
Try it and tell me if you feel the difference

Orthodox vs Southpaw
Create the Angle
Cross-step behind the jab to take the outside angle, pivot off the lead foot, and attack the body.
Then double-tap the pivot to change the angle again and disappear from the opponent’s line of sight.
Can you land the shot and disappear before they can answer? Drill the angle.

The Southpaw Killer Angle
Don’t Fight a Southpaw Straight On 🥊
Slip inside, step outside the lead foot, then roll with the uppercut and pivot out.
You’re not just defending—you’re taking the angle, landing your shot, and leaving them with nothing to answer.
Take the angle. Land. Disappear.

LEAVE DAD ALONE… LET MOM TALK TO YOU 🥊😂
Watch what happens when you reach.
Outside foot position against a southpaw doesn't mean you're safe! 🥊
Straight (2) is Dad, Cross(2) is Mom, and Mom is waiting. Never reach.
