Allegro Dance and Fitness Welcome to Allegro Dance and Fitness! We offer a complete curriculum of dance classes for children, as well as daily fitness classes for the adults.

Allegro Dance and Fitness has been serving the Shoals area since 2009. We offer dance classes for ages 3 and up in a wide variety of styles including Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acrobatics. In addition to dance classes, the studio is now also a fitness center offering classes in BarreAmped, and soon, Buti Yoga. BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. Our instructors for both dance and barre are highly qualified and trained to provide you and your dancer with the best possible experience. Come by the studio and check out what we have to offer!
