Northwest Al Team Trail

Northwest Al Team Trail Bass fishing tournament trail starting up in 2025. Fishing Pickwick, Wilson and Wheeler Lakes in Ala.

I have had a bunch of calls about the team trail for next year. We will still have the Northwest AL Team Trail but with a bunch of changes.

Entry fee will be $120 per tournament paid the week of the tournament (you do not have to pay a bunch of money up front).

There will be a total of nine tournaments starting in October of 26 thru June of 2027. One tournament per month.

Tournament waters will be Wilson and Pickwick Lakes. These will be trailer events. Weigh ins will either be at McFarland or Fleet Harbor.

All tournaments are 100% payback. There will not be a championship. You do not have to fish with the same partner at each event.

Schedule will be released in the next week or so.

Shoutout to a local business for stepping up and donating some money. We will reveal who it is at a later date.

Each day of the championship we will award $250 to the smallest 5 fish live limit donated by this business.

If there are any other businesses out there that would like to donate please reach out to me.

Results from yesterdays tournament on Pickwick Lake. For a 3 fish tournament we had some great weights. 10 teams weighed in over 12 pounds each for a 4 pound average. That shows you how good a shape Pickwick is right now.

The AOY standings are also posted. Teams that are in yellow are the teams that qualified for the championship that will be held in October. It was a very close race for the last four spots.

Boat check will start at 4:00am in the morning. Blast off will be around 5:15. This will be a 3 fish limit.

Stop #5 of the trail is next Saturday June 27th on Pickwick Lake. Since everyone has been in each group twice boat numbers for this event will be redrawn for the entire field. This will be a 3 fish limit for this event. See everyone Saturday.
