We are accepting new boarders at our exceptional equestrian center in northern Kentucky, Chasing the Sun Stables!
We provide retirement boarding as well as broodmares/weanlings and injury rehabilitation.
We are strictly a clean facility and we do not accept horses from kill pens or dirty auctions. All horses must be fully vetted prior to arrival at our facility.

We offer full-care inside as well as full-care pasture depending on the needs of your horse.
We have race breeders as well as warmblood AI breeders and others here.
We do provide breedshed transport to the Lexington area stallion barns as well as DOT/MC nationwide equine transport.

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SELF STARTER for a full-time long term position at Chasing The Sun Stables in Fleming County Kentucky.
Who wouldn't love the view of this equestrian facility every day!
This position is 5 to 6 days a week and does include partial weekends. 

Duties include but not limited to: feeding horses, mucking stalls, turning horses in and out, farm/barn maintenance, cleanliness and care of the animals, regular vet and farrier coordination, maintaining paperwork on every horse and other farm duties.
You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold weather.

MUST BE ABLE TO: handle all types of horses, administer meds (topical, oral & IM.), take heart rate & a temperature, hold for vet/farrier, spot a colic/choke/lameness, groom/bathe/body clip a horse, clean tack, drive a tractor, fix fence, etc.

Must be reliable, time efficient and thorough.
