🗓️Our annual Family Weekend 5K is coming up next weekend. Whether you’re looking to run with your family or friends or solo, this is the place to be on September 12 at 8 AM! 💪

We’ve got a big facility with a lot of fun things going on almost all day. 🧭

📍If you’re wondering where certain rooms are, here’s your go-to place for directions! 🗺️

Grab your Jacks Card and scan into our facility. Most of what we offer day-to-day is free including the weight room, group exercise classes, climbing wall and open gym spaces. 💪

Our Wellness Suite and Weight room are on the second floor of our facility. ✌🏻

The Wellness Suite hosts many of our group exercise classes like yoga and Pilates. 🧘‍♀️

Outdoor Adventures is located in the far back corner of our facility. It’s where are bike HUB is located, many of our outdoors clinics and where you can rent outdoor equipment. 🌲🥾

MPG and South Gym are a space many don’t know exists. It’s on the first floor past the court yard. 👟

MPG hosts some of our group exercise classes including dance and Zumba and South Gym is where open volleyball and our wooden courts are. 👯‍♀️🏐🏀⛹️

The exercise suites are home to all of our cycle classes, and some other classes like Pilates, total strength, some dance classes and more! 🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

Mac Gym is one of our more popular spaces. Indoor intramural’s normally take place here as well as open basketball and indoor soccer. ⚽️ 🏀

🗣️ Just a reminder, registration for intramural’s session 1 close on September 8! If you want to play sports like kickball, pickleball, soccer, flag football, sand volleyball, and softball, be sure and sign up for this session. 🏈⚽️🏐🥎
