Great news! We now have a Physical Therapist in our very own building. Dr. Dan Batteiger has an office in our gym and we highly suggest you check him out! Our member appreciation this month goes to Raven Ogle. Raven is an absolute delight to have at our gym. She not only sets a great example for our members, but she sets a great example for her kids. During summer break, Raven often brings her daughters in to work out with her, starting them with healthy habits at a young age. We love having Raven and her family at our gym!

Our PT client in focus is Michael Hupp. Michael has been training with Jen for 2 years and has this to say about it-

"I enjoy LIVRITE because it’s a friendly and a perfect facility for me! My trainer Jen keeps my workouts progressive and challenging, along with actually being fun. Couple in Becca and the banter between those two trainers, it keeps the workouts fun with lots of laughs as they listen to my rhetoric and don’t complain to me anyway!! Lol. I’m honored and pleased to be named."

Our LivRite Legend this month is Deb Brown. Deb has been a member with us for over four years. Her outlook on fitness is incredibly healthy, as she has a great deal of discipline and knowledge. We love what a positive influence she is at the gym. She's also wonderful to talk to so if you find yourself in a conversation with her, it will make your day! Great job, Deb! We love having you at LivRite!

Our Member Appreciation this month goes to Tom Olson. Tom might be one of the nicest guys at our gym. He's always working hard with a smile on his face. Tom has quite a story when it comes to his health journey and he will be happy to share it with anyone who asks. Trust us, it will be hard not to be inspired by it. Keep up the hard work, Tom. Our LivRite Legend this month is Chris Coy. Chris has been a member since January of 2024. His friendly personality and the way he prioritizes his health are just a couple of reasons he's earned this title. Chris is kind and friendly to everyone he encounters. He's consistent with his workouts and even enjoys riding his bike outside the gym. We love having Chris at LivRite!

First- Saturday, July 18th, UFR Martial Arts is holding a FREE women's self defense class.

Happy Member Appreciation Day!! Today, we especially appreciate Travis Moore and Matt Cooper. We love that they work out together several days a week and hold each other accountable. Between weighted speed walking on the treadmill, med ball tosses and heavy lifting; it's hard not to be motivated by these two. On top of it all, they do it with a smile. Way to go, you guys!
