We’re holding Pilates Instructor Auditions for instructors who are warm, knowledgeable, welcoming, and ready to be part of a studio community that truly feels like family.

At Cerene, it’s about more than teaching a great class. It’s about creating connection, helping clients feel seen and supported, and bringing intention into every movement and every interaction.

August at Cerene: One Year of Movement, Community & Growth 💛

August was incredibly special for us as we celebrated one full year of Cerene Core Studio and we could not have reached this milestone without you.

This month was filled with so many reminders of what makes Cerene more than a Pilates studio. We celebrated our anniversary together, honored our founding members, moved outdoors through Pilates in the Park and The Reset Walk, welcomed new members into the Cerene community, supported local businesses, and continued creating spaces for connection both inside and outside of the studio.
Over the past year, we have watched friendships form, milestones get celebrated, confidence grow, and our community continue to show up for one another. Every class booked, event attended, referral shared, review written, and encouraging word has helped shape what Cerene has become.

Thank you for choosing Cerene. Thank you for trusting us with your movement, your wellness, and your time. Thank you for supporting a local studio and helping us create the type of community we dreamed about when we first opened our doors.

One year down and we are just getting started. 🤎

For our final event of the season, we’re going Pilates in Pink 💗 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness and partnering with EmpowHer & Him Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation EmpowHER & HIM Breast Cancer Foundation to learn their story and how we can support their mission.

🌸 PILATES IN PINK: Our Final Pilates in the Park of the Season 🌸

We’re closing out the season with movement, community, and a meaningful purpose. 💗

Join us for Pilates in Pink as we partner with EmpowHer & Him Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation EmpowHER & HIM Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. We’ll hear their story, learn more about their organization, and share ways our community can support their mission.

This special 45-minute Pilates class will be led by Denisha x Fit and is open to all levels.

To everyone who has moved with us this season, thank you.

Cerene is built on more than movement. It’s built on trust, consistency, connection, and a community that continues to show up with us through every season.

This past week was a reminder of just how special that community is. Thank you to our members for your patience, flexibility, grace, and continued support, we felt every bit of it.

Kendra Scott invited Cerene into their Peachtree City store to host an intimate Pilates experience in celebration of the launch of their new EVER collection and of course, we’re bringing the Cerene energy with us.

Think: an exclusive Pilates class inside Kendra Scott led by Denisha || Mindful Movement movement, community, a little sparkle, sips + sweets, and time to experience the new collection together. ✨
And because this experience is intentionally intimate, space will be very limited.
