Be sure to check out this new studio in Fayetteville 🙌🏻👌🏻Lisa has many different classes, and the space is BEAUTIFUL! I took a barre class this morning (in person) with for the first time in 2 years✨! It felt amazing!! Can’t wait to go back next week!🥳

This will be our last week in this beautiful studio. Our hearts are so heavy sharing this news. Three years spent in this space, sharing laughs, love, and of course sweat! 2020 was a very difficult year for the fitness industry, and unfortunately we’ve been unable to recover. We will continue in-home and remote training with our current clients. We are unable to accept new clients at this time.
We’re so grateful for all the support we’ve received over the years, and are looking forward to starting a new chapter. 🙏🏻💪🏻
