📢 Important Update: Service Rate Change
Dear Valued Clients,
We hope this message finds you well. As we look towards the New Year, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support over the past few years. Your loyalty and trust mean the world to us, and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible.
We want to inform you that, effective January 1, 2025, we will be implementing a price increase on all our services. This decision was not made lightly; it has been four years since we last adjusted our rates. During this time, we have seen a significant increase in our operational costs, including supplies, and other essential resources needed to maintain and improve the quality of the services we provide.
Our goal is to continue delivering the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us, and to do so, we must ensure that our pricing reflects the current economic landscape. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these necessary adjustments.
Please know that we remain committed to transparency and to keeping you informed every step of the way. Whether you’re a long-time client or new to our services, we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding this change. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
Thank you once again for being a part of our community. We are excited for what the future holds, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with the same passion and dedication you deserve.
Warm regards,
Ed TenEyck

Setting Smart goals are one of the best ways to prepare for your journey……So what are smart goals?
SMART
But what are smart goals?
Specific …. Think of your long-term goal that you would like to achieve and then we want to break that down into achievable mini goals.
Measurable … we want to find a way to measure and track your progress. For example, if your goal is to improve your strength in a specific movement, you have to know where your strength is in order to progress towards that goal.
Attainable…. is this a goal that you are going to be able to attain? In other words? Are you able to reach the goal.
Relevant…. Why are you setting the goal you were setting? Is it a personal achievement because you have always wanted to move a specific amount of weight? Is it too increase athletic performance? Is it simply because you never thought you’d be able to achieve it, and now you are close to the brink of actually achieving it? is it something because it will enrich your life? This is extremely important, because along the way there will be setbacks and failures and being able to reflect back on the relevance of it will help you stay focused and stay the course.
Timely … given the amount of time that you have to train. Is it realistic that you can achieve the goal in the desired timeframe. Another way to look at this could also be is your timetable too far in advance? In other words, are you setting yourself up and progressing at a slower rate than you are capable of, especially given the amount of time that you are committing towards achieving this goal?
