Help us welcome our summer intern, Sophia Freimanis. Sophia is from Overland Park, Kansas, & recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in exercise science. She is excited to meet everyone, learn more and be a part of the Center for Exercise team.
She loves sewing, cooking, working out, spending time with friends and going on walks or hikes around NWA.

We recently welcomed a new fitness specialist, Janet Hall, to the Center for Exercise team. Janet is an ACE certified personal trainer and Bone-fit-trained osteoporosis exercise specialist. She enjoys time with family, children's literature and watching British detective shows. So glad to have you Janet.
