Ross Reels just released these very cool, limited edition San Miguel Reels in honor of Colorado's 150th anniversary! Only 150 numbered reels. We received two, numbers 11 and 59.

Ollie had his first big road trip to the San Juan River in New Mexico earlier this month, and he did great! He was a road warrior, a good boat dog and was excited to greet every other angler we met! Even in the higher flows, our NRS Slipstream rafts worked great. Fishing conditions were tough, but there was a big midge hatch in the afternoon, and we caught several on dry flies. Good times!

Happy 4th of July! We'll be closing early at 2:00 today to celebrate, but more importantly so Ollie can quit pouting and take off this ridiculous outfit his mother made him put on this morning! 😂 🤣

Everyone say Hi to Oliver! He is Eddy's nephew from his sister Tess. If you've dropped by the shop in the last three months, I'm sure you've already met him--he's pretty demanding about belly rubs! 🤣 Ollie has some pretty big paws to fill around the shop and on the river, but I'm 100% sure he's up for the task!

The new Cimarron LT from Ross Reels has landed in 4/5 and 5/6! A lighter weight design than the regular Cimarron, these will pair perfectly with a new Scott GT Series rod!
