Had a great time competing today for the first time in JiuJitsu. A lot learned and a lot to work on. I didn’t tell or invite the family. I wanted to stay focused. As many know my little brother has left us. During his memorial I saw a picture of him as a blue belt and it was after winning a competition. I wanted to compete earlier but was trying to get below 236lbs. I wanted to be the heaviest of the class not the weight lightest like I was today. 9 months later I still haven’t got there to below 236 yet, but I couldn’t back out because this one and every one after is for him. Miss you little bro. Hope to make you proud till we meet again. 🤙🏽 Miss you Kazzie I’ll get gold for you one day!
