Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) is located in the heart of the Red River Valley and Cass County. We belong to, and were built by, the communities we serve. CCEC doesn’t have shareholders or customers: We have members, and we’re not only committed to providing them with reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy, but we’re also passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our more than 55,000 members.
