Last full day of lifting for our athletes before heading into their de-load!!!

A great morning of EMOMS and discussing preparation for our bodies in every aspect.

We discussed how important it is that we focus on each day as an opportunity to make choices that will lay the foundation of the future you want.

What you do today matters, and its a beautiful way to be in the present. The future is going to happen, so you get to decide on the building blocks.

You get to be "selfish" with:
- your time
- your sleep
- your food
- your peace

We get to be our number 1 priority. It is up to us as individuals to truly provide ourselves with everything we need.

Next Saturday is going to be a blast!!!!! See you in a few days

We are super pumped to be partnering again with to bring you all an epic event!

3 months from today, we will be sharing the space to see athletes compete! This time, we are bringing the action outside, and we are going to put you all under The Lights!

That's right, Mark your Calendars for September 26th at The Lights in West Fargo for Athletes to compete and shine under the lights!

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO OFFER A CAMP THIS SUMMER FOR THE ADULT LIFTERS IN OUR REGION!
We love seeing how much support there is for our youth athletes to participate in, and now it is time for the adults to get a little extra love!
