Just for funsies 😂 Your turn.

Tell me something about you I would NEVER guess from looking at your profile. 👇

09/16/2026

Be honest..What would make you happy with your fat loss results on a week-to-week basis?

What about month to month?

Because I want you to get curious about what you’re expecting from your body.

If you lose half a pound and half an inch and your brain immediately says, “That’s it?” which is actual evidence that your body is responding is getting labeled as not enough.

So how many successful weeks have you turned into disappointing ones because they didn’t meet the expectation you had in your head?

How many times has that disappointment made you restrict harder, add more cardio, change your calories, say screw it, or start messing with something that was already working?

THAT can cost you way more time than losing “only” half a pound ever will.

And this doesn’t mean you never change anything.

Sometimes the data DOES tell us something needs to change.

But do you know the difference?

Do you know when your results are telling you to wait and keep going versus when they’re telling you it’s actually time to adjust?

That’s a skill.

And it’s one of the things I teach inside The Blueprint because I don’t just want you following another fat-loss plan.

I want you to understand what the hell you’re looking at so you know what to do next.

Want to shorten the learning curve? Go get The Blueprint.

Get it or don’t get it, boo. 😂

tell me in the comments…

What would you consider a “good” week of fat loss? And what would you consider a good month?

Save this one. You’re going to need the reminder.

The hardest part of fatloss is continuing to do it when your body hasn’t given you the proof yet.

That quiet stretch makes you question EVERYTHING if you let it.

And if this is where you usually leave…when it feels slow,
when you can’t see it yet, when your brain starts convincing you that nothing is happening..

this is exactly why I created Stay Anyway.

It’s 10 days of learning how to catch the moment you normally check out, recognize the patterns that keep pulling you back, and actually practice staying instead of starting over again.

It’s $26 because I wanted this to be the easiest freaking yes for the woman who is tired of knowing what to do and still leaving before she gets to see what happens when she actually stays.

Comment STAY and I’ll send it to you.

But first..tell me.. Is the lag where you normally lose yourself? Do you start questioning everything when you can’t see results fast enough?

Because if you do, I want you to recognize that you most likely do not need to do more. You might just need to stop leaving before what you’re already doing has a chance to show up.

Save this. Come back to it the next time your brain tells you “nothing is happening.”

You may just be in the lag. Stay.

09/15/2026

What if you’re currently watching it happen and you don’t even realize it? 💃🏼

And if you watched this thinking…

“Okay, but HOW do I become the woman who actually does that?”

That’s exactly why I created STAY ANYWAY.

Because telling yourself to “just be consistent” isn’t freaking helpful when you keep finding yourself in the same loop.

You need to know how to SEE the loop.

How to recognize the story you keep living from.

How to catch the negotiation while it’s happening instead of realizing three days later that it took you out again.

How to know what staying looks like on the days when your best isn’t available.

How to stop making one imperfect choice mean you might as well blow up the rest of the day.

And most importantly…

how to practice a different response enough times that it stops feeling like something you’re forcing yourself to do and starts feeling like who you are.

That’s what we do inside Stay Anyway.

For 10 days, I walk you through the tools, awareness, patterns and identity work that teach you how to stop automatically handing your life back to the version of you who keeps starting over.

Because imagine how freaking different fat loss feels when you trust yourself to STAY.

When a hard day doesn’t scare you anymore.

When you don’t need perfect circumstances to keep going.

When you know how to catch yourself.

When you know how to lead yourself.

When starting over stops being part of your story.

That’s the woman we’re building.

Comment STAY and I’ll send you the details. 🖤

COMMENT NOISE and I’ll send you my free Food Noise + Emotional Eating Reset. 💗

“Just don’t eat” is not a strategy, my friend. 😂

That’s just you spending half your day arguing with yourself about food.

I’m actually curious though…

When does your food noise get the loudest?

At night?
After work?
When you’re stressed?
When you’re bored?
When you’ve waited way too damn long to eat?

Because that answer matters.

If you want the guide, comment NOISE and I’ll send it right over.

And if you want, tell me when yours hits hardest too. 👀

Doing MORE does need mean BETTER!! You wonder why you hate being on a fat loss journey?

Because you do crap like this.

You decide you’re “ready to get serious,” so now you lower your calories. ⬇️🍱Then you add more steps. 👣 Then you throw in cardio. 🏃‍♀️ heck..maybe another workout 🏋️‍♀️ too because apparently we’re trying to prove something. 😂

And two weeks later you’re absolutely 💯 exhausted, starving, pi**ed off and wondering how you’re supposed to live like this forever.

You’re not.

That’s the point.

Fat loss does not need to be this dramatic. 🎭

We find what works.

We execute it.

We tighten up the things that still need tightening.

We give your body enough time to actually respond.

And THEN, if we need to make a change, we change one 1️⃣ damn thing.

Not calories AND steps AND cardio all at once.

Because then how the hell do you even know what worked?

You don’t.

You just know you made your life significantly more miserable. 😂

And I know why you do it.

You want the result now.

You want to feel like you’re really freaking going for it.

You think more aggressive = more serious.

But I would rather have you lose fat a little slower on a plan you can actually execute than lose it as fast as humanly possible while building a lifestyle you cannot wait to escape from.

Because the calorie deficit is temporary.

The life you’re building around it isn’t.

At some point you have to come OUT of the deficit.

And when you do, I want you to know how to eat.

How to train.

How to move.

How to handle weekends.

How to make adjustments.

How to maintain the body you worked for without needing another fu***ng diet six months later.

So no, we don’t make your plan harder for funsies.

We make it as easy as it can be while still getting the job done.

Then we let it do its damn job.

I don’t know who needing this. But I know someone did ❤️ Love you. Mean it.

09/14/2026

You keep calling it inconsistency. But it’s actually loyalty.

You’re taking instructions from the exact same woman who created the life you keep saying you want out of.

And then you wonder why nothing changes.

Your body isn’t the problem.

Your food isn’t the problem.

Your workout plan isn’t the problem.

You keep putting the OLD YOU in charge of the NEW LIFE.

That’s the problem!! Do you see it?

At some point, you have to stop asking that version of you what she feels like doing.

She doesn’t get a vote anymore.

Not because you hate her.
Not because you need more discipline.
Not because you need to become some perfect robot who never overeats, skips a workout, or has a sh*tty day.

Because you decided she’s no longer running the show.

The woman you keep saying you want to become?

She is built in the exact moments you normally hand the wheel back.

The random Wednesday.
The sh*tty weigh-in.
The boring meal.
The weekend invitation.
The missed workout.
The moment your brain whispers, “screw it.”

THAT is where she is built.

Not when it’s easy.

Every one of those moments is a vote.

So look at the life you’re living right now.

Look at the decisions you keep repeating.

You need to stop letting the version of you who keeps restarting make the decisions.

If you’re done with that cycle, The Blueprint is where we end it.

For good.

The hardest part of fat loss is knowing what NOT to believe. Am I right?

Your brain 🧠 is going to give you thoughts all day long.

Some of them are useful.

Some of them are old patterns, old excuses, old versions of you trying to keep running the show.

And most of the time, you’ve been believing all of them without even realizing you had another option.

That’s the part I really want you to get good at.

Catching what’s actually happening.

Questioning the thought.

Looking at the ACTUAL data, not your feelings

And learning how to lead yourself instead of reacting to every thought, every scale change, every sh*tty day, every missed workout.

Because fat loss is only ONE part of this.

Changing the woman running the whole thing is the part that changes EVERYTHING.

Save this one for the random Wednesday when your brain decides nothing is working and you suddenly need to blow the whole plan up. 😂

And if you really want to work on this stuff that moves the needle..fat loss AND learning how to catch the patterns that keep pulling you back into the same version of yourself.. comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send the deets.

Before anyone loses their sh*t..I am talking about BODY FAT.

I am not saying menopause doesn’t change your body.

It affects your sleep, hunger, energy, recovery, muscle mass, activity, and yes even where your body prefers to store fat.

That’s very real.

What I’m tired of is watching women get sold the idea that they suddenly developed some mysterious new substance called meno belly that requires a special supplement, detox, powder, or “menopause fat-loss protocol.”

Body fat is still body fat.

If you gained additional body fat, energy balance still matters.

If more of that fat is now being stored around your abdomen, hormones can absolutely be part of where it went.

Those are two different conversations.

And I think women deserve to understand that distinction instead of being scared into buying another fu***ng thing.

Menopause may change the variables. It does not make the equation disappear.

Your body changed. Your circumstances changed. So we learn the body you have now and we adjust the damn strategy. ❤️
