Over 200 People Called, Text or Posted wishing me a Happy Birthday!! Thank you from My Heart to all of you!

It’s Crazy to Think that I’m 56 Years Old! Life is Such a Blink!! 39 Years I’ve Spent in The Gym/Weight Room Now! Many Injuries In/Out of The Gym and Years of Wear & Tear, I’m still at it!!

GOD has given me the Continuing Blessing to be able to Exercise! This should never be taken for Granted! Move your Body Folks!! After 40 years of Age, the Average (non-training) male & female lose 7-8% of Muscle Per Decade!!! Unacceptable!!!

As Long as GOD permits, I will be in The Gym!!
Thank you again to Everyone that Reached out to Me!! My Beautiful Wife went Above and Beyond (as always) for my Birthday! She is My Gift 🎁❤️!!

Every Year, We Give Away Some Memberships To Kids in The Community That Simply Cannot Afford The Gym! Prior to The Start of School Year, We Will Be Doing This Again!! It’s One of Our ways to give back to the Community!!!

If We Can Make a Difference in The Physical/Mental Health of One Kid, It's Worth it!!!

Send Us an Inbox and Nominate a Kid! Briefly Give us Some Background and Tell us What Qualifies This Kid!!! Memberships Will Be Given Away Prior to 8/17.

We Never Want to Remove Members but, Have and Will if Completely Necessary!
