Whether you’re one of our students looking to reinforce your training or someone interested in learning more about martial arts, these quick lessons are designed to build better technique, improve understanding, and keep you motivated between classes.

We are pleased to announce that our own Hanshi Jason Davis will be a guest presenter at the 2026 Unity seminar in Durham NC October 10th and 11th.

This year the theme is “The art within your art”. Other presenters include:

Dr.Jerome Barber -Zanghi Kenpo-Arnis
