We are a little over 1 month out for the deadlift competition. Make sure to get registered for the event.

Steps to register.

1. Private message “Main Street Gym” or “Jordan Griffith” on Facebook.

2. Enter your division, weight class and opening lift if you know it. If you do not, you can get it to us a later date.

Equipment Information

• We will be using a Texas Deadlift bar. You will be able to warmup before your flight starts. Lifting straps are allowed.

We will have a rules meeting closer to time and it will be announced.
