⭐️We are excited to welcome Rickie Osbun and his wife Anna as the next generation of leadership and head management at Rick’s All-American! ⭐️
Together, Rickie and Anna are excited to carry on the traditions that have made Rick’s so special while bringing fresh energy, new ideas, and a continued commitment to our athletes and families.
Current owners Rick and Heather will remain actively involved in Rick’s All-American, continuing to provide their experience, guidance, and support as Rickie and Anna step into their leadership roles. This next chapter is about building upon the strong foundation Rick and Heather have created while continuing the family atmosphere and traditions that have made Rick’s a special part of the community for so many years.
Rickie will be the primary on-site leader and point of contact for our families. His wife, Anna Proctor, remains an important part of the management team; however, she is currently on maternity leave caring for their newborn and will not be actively working at the gym during this time. Anna will officially begin her active role at the gym in November, joining Rickie in leading the next generation of Rick’s All-American and helping continue to grow our programs, support our staff, and create the best possible experience for our athletes and families.
Rickie and Anna are honored to help lead Rick’s All-American into its next chapter alongside Rick and Heather and look forward to growing with the incredible families who make our gym such a special place!
Fun fact: Anna and Rickie actually met six years ago at Rick’s gym, Tumble Techs. Now, six years later, they’re stepping into the next generation of leadership at the very place that brought them together. Talk about a full-circle moment—it was meant to be! ❤️
