This Saturday the 18th we will start at 8:30 because we will be doing the 18 joint exercises/silk reeling. We will try and do 9 reps of each exercise. Then on to taiji and Meihuazhuang.

Saturday the 29th we will start at 8:15 and do the Silk reeling/18 joint exercise. Followed by Qigong with Dr. Gail at 8:45 then at 9:00 we will start our regular taiji and meihuazhuang program. Welcome to join us lurkers. It's free and we do have a lot of beginners so you won't feel odd. We do break up into different groups after a while. We start together then break into groups then at the end if there is time we get back together again.

News you can use: Starting Thursday July the 9th our Thursday class will only be for beginners and new people. So If you were waiting the boat is filling up fast and about to take off. Everyone gets an oar. It is good to start with other people in the same boat as you. Even if you have done tai chi (taiji) before you probably have not done the Yi style. There are only a few people that teach this style in the US. Most of them are here in Sacramento with a few in the LA area and maybe Ohio or Florida. We also do the 24 and Meihuazhuang for strength of the waist and legs. Also stretching.

Until further notice we are now only at Miller park on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 8:00 AM on Tues and Thurs. 9:00 on Saturdays. It is really only a 4 or 5 min drive from the Village park to Miller Park. If you are coming from Gold country area it might be best/fastest to go up Hazel and turn left on Sunset.
Also we have some new formatting coming soon to our classes. Trying to get everyone in on the action equally and within their own time..... You do know that everything we do is on video and available to everyone on youtube. If you practice it's easy if you don't it's hard.

Thanks for stopping by and having a look at our page. Here is some new news. This Saturday May 3rd will be our last time at the Village park. We are kind of out growing the space that we have been using. After this Saturday we will be having our Saturday classes at our Tues and Thurs location which is at Miller Park just off of Sunset and Kenneth. About 5 min or so driving time from the Village Park. There is a lot more parking and a lot more room for growth. Last Saturday we had about 7 or 8 people maybe more who were gone for various reasons and we still had 20 people. Don't worry you won't be the only beginner. So, you have come as far as viewing this page, make the next step and come visit us this Saturday at 9:00 Village Park.

Very nice day today. There were 20 of us minus all the folks on vacation in different parts of the world. Great to see Barbra back. We still have 2 out on the recovery list. Good to see Frank's brother and his wife. Paul was there and James has returned from Taiwan. Good to see Kim, Gloria and Caleb Mary and John Thanks for the cookies and water on this world tai chi day. Hoping Dr. Gail will be back soon. Pictures to follow. We did some picture taking. We will see how they turned out. Welcome to join us. We have a lot of new folks so you will not be alone. You will be taken care of. We won't throw you to the wolves. There are no tests. We do work hard on relaxing and releasing tension and moving smoothly.
