⏰Throwback Thursday for the legend of JO ‼️

Josh Owens ‘07 means so much to our program. This picture, which is one of Coach Tilton’s all-time favorites and he recently sent our way, is from JO’s final E/a game his senior year. A remarkable student-athlete, JO continued his career at Stanford University where he played all four years before a long and successful professional career.

Daniella Kalil ‘26 has been rehabilitating her shoulder and is almost fully healthy. We can’t wait to watch her on the court with her Vassar teammates in the coming years and positively affect their program in all the ways she affected ours.

First meeting of the fall with our guy Jesse Schram!

Having Jesse at PEA with us has been a remarkable resource for our program that is rare at the high school level. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with specialization is sports performance and does an amazing job working with all of our student-athletes.

Jesse graduated with a B.A. in Psychology at Lehigh University and earned his Master’s in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. He also earned a Certificate in Sport Social Work from the University of Michigan with a combined youth club and elite collegiate sport track.

Thank you for all that you do, Jesse 🙏

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT SUNDAYS ARE BACK ‼️

Davis Reid ‘13 has been part of a winning culture everywhere he’s played. In Kansas City, he won multiple high school league championships alongside future star players Shavon Shields and Willie Cauley-Stein, before heading to PEA for a postgraduate year in 2012, where he helped bring home the first NEPSAC Championship for boy’s basketball in our school’s history. Davis carried that success into college, playing at Wesleyan University and winning the first NESCAC Championship in mens basketball in school history in 2015. He graduated in 2017 with a degree in Neuroscience & Behavior.

After college, Davis built a career across tech, media, and behavioral science, working with a series of market research firms. In the middle of that run, he teamed up with fellow Exeter grad Duncan Robinson ‘13 to executive produce and co-host The Long Shot Podcast, a YouTube series that let him blend his basketball background with his growing expertise in media. That experience helped pave the way to his current role, where he now works on the Insights team for YouTube Marketing.

Davis and his wife Kacey are the proud parents of their one year old son Sage, who already holds multiple Division I scholarships and will hopefully have what it takes to be the next great Exonian in the family 👏👏
