Natalie’s journey started with a wake-up call she never expected.
After receiving concerning lab results and being referred to a specialist, Natalie knew something needed to change. She started walking on her own, but when she felt like she needed more, she searched for gyms in Grovetown and found ISI.
She still remembers making that first call in tears.
And then she walked through our doors anyway. 🖤
Natalie says that within her first few months of consistently training at ISI while also changing her nutrition, her follow-up medical results had dramatically improved. Since then, the changes have continued in ways she never expected.
She’s stronger.
She sleeps better.
She says her anxiety has improved tremendously.
She runs.
She lifts weights she never thought she’d lift.
She’s conquered box jumps that once intimidated her.
And somewhere along the way, the woman who was nervous to walk into the gym became the woman who gets serious FOMO when she has to miss. 😂
But one of our favorite parts of Natalie’s story is what keeps her coming back:
“At ISI, I have a family there.”
She knows if she’s gone, someone will notice. She looks forward to seeing the people beside her, encouraging them, and being pushed by coaches who continue to remind her that she’s capable of more than she thinks.
Her advice to someone who’s nervous to start?
“Just do it. Walking into ISI is the hard part.”
Natalie, we’re so glad you took that first step and even more proud of the strong woman who keeps walking through those doors.
